EC CONTROL / SUPPORTING RECORDS
Recorded EC readings.
A clearer basis for evaluation.
Review a 75-reading EC trace from Yunxue’s technical presentation, with a 2.00 mS/cm setpoint and the operating information needed for a project acceptance test.
THE PROVIDED RECORD
Read the transition and settled segment together.
The chart below reproduces the complete sequence embedded in slide 4 of Yunxue’s supplied technical presentation. The readings include the transition toward the target. Values have not been smoothed, filtered or resampled.

PERFORMANCE BY CONFIGURATION
Keep the machine and operating mode with the number.
| Record | Published statement | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| New-generation public demonstration | Steady-state EC variation: ±0.03 mS/cm | Evaluate the supplied model, control revision and agreed test conditions. |
| Earlier GXF63A5, storage-tank mode | Manufacturer reports a test result below 0.02 mS/cm | A specific operating scenario for the earlier model. It remains a separate record. |
| Earlier GXF63A5, dynamic outlet operation | Published reference below 0.1 mS/cm | A different operating mode. It should be evaluated against its own requirements. |
Steady-state variation, absolute measurement accuracy and transient response answer different engineering questions. The public ±0.03 mS/cm statement describes control variation under the applicable conditions. Calibration and reference measurements are needed to evaluate absolute measurement accuracy.

PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
Complete the conditions before accepting a result.
The presentation readings provide an inspectable sequence. A complete test report for your equipment also needs the following records.
| Record | Available in this presentation trace |
|---|---|
| Setpoint and ordered EC readings | 2.00 mS/cm and 75 readings |
| Machine serial/model and controller revision | Not identified in the chart record |
| Source-water EC, water temperature and stock-solution concentration | Not supplied with the chart record |
| Flow, pressure, mixing arrangement and sampling point | Not supplied with the chart record |
| Timestamped readings and declared steady-state window | Not supplied with the chart record |
| Calibration records and test acceptance criteria | To be agreed for the equipment being supplied |
For a factory or site acceptance test, record the complete run and define the steady-state window before evaluating it. Report target deviation, peak-to-peak variation and settling behavior separately. Keep raw readings with the report so both parties can reproduce the calculation.
