Can I request a complete irrigation package?
Yes. Yunxue provides complete coordinated packages including water tanks, filtration skids, booster pumps, distribution piping CAD design, valves, electrical control cabinets, and fertigation units. The proposal identifies what is included and delineates the responsibilities at each stage.
Can I buy an individual item?
Yes. You can purchase a standalone fertigation machine, a customized filtration skid, or an electrical control cabinet. We also provide engineering piping design and upgrade consultations for existing systems.
How are installation, commissioning, and training handled?
Yunxue supplies factory pre-assembled and tested equipment, detailed hydraulic piping drawings, electrical wiring schematics, and bilingual operating manuals. Physical piping assembly and electrical line runs are conducted by the client's local contractors. Yunxue provides remote video commissioning guidance and technical training for your operators. Overseas on-site dispatch is subject to specific contract agreement.
What information is required to upgrade an existing greenhouse?
To retrofit an operating facility, please share: 1) Main line pipe dimensions (DE/DN), current operating flow (m³/h), and line pressure; 2) Electrical service details (voltage, frequency Hz, phase count); 3) Existing irrigation zones, solenoid valve voltage/type, and current controller model; 4) Raw water analysis (source, EC, pH, turbidity); 5) Photos or sketches of your current pump room manifold.
Which irrigation methods can we discuss?
Yunxue’s fertigation and irrigation range covers applications including drip irrigation, substrate hydroponics, ebb-and-flow benches, and bulk storage-tank recipe dosing. Sizing and pump selection depend on your operational cycles and head pressure.
Can climate control be considered alongside irrigation?
Yes. Greenhouse climate control (ventilation, shading screens, pad-and-fan cooling, heating, CO2, and multi-sensor stations) can be coordinated together with irrigation automation in your initial project brief.
What details should be included in an initial inquiry?
Please send your crop type, cultivation medium, greenhouse area, simultaneously irrigated zones, target flow and head pressure, raw water EC/pH, stock solution requirements, and whether you require standalone equipment or a full engineering package.
