01 / CONTROL SCOPE
What can Yunxue control in a commercial greenhouse?
Yunxue greenhouse climate control covers temperature, humidity, light and CO₂ monitoring with control of the agreed equipment. The following are configuration options, not a claim that every item is supplied as standard.
Humidity
Yunxue treats humidity as a distinct control requirement. The available sensors and agreed ventilation, cooling or misting equipment determine the project’s control scope.
Light & screens
Yunxue can integrate shading, thermal screens, film rollers and supplemental lighting. Screen drives, lighting circuits and operating requirements are specified for the greenhouse.
CO₂ & environmental monitoring
Yunxue supports CO₂ and multi-sensor environmental monitoring. Sensors, interfaces and any associated control equipment must be identified in the agreed configuration.
02 / OPERATING STRATEGIES
Coordinate the equipment around the growing plan.
Yunxue manages temperature, humidity and light as distinct requirements within the configured system. Day/night schedules, seasons and crop stages can inform the operating rules; the actual settings and coordination logic are defined for the project.
Yunxue-developed control
Yunxue uses its own controller with configurable control logic and operator interfaces. Confirm the selected controller, zone arrangement and input/output requirements before ordering.
Schedules & conditions
Yunxue supports timed tasks and conditional control for the agreed equipment. Review the required operating rules with the crop plan and existing systems; do not assume a universal priority or conflict-resolution strategy.
History & alarms
Yunxue’s published control scope includes historical trends and alarms for limits, offline devices and communication faults. Agree the signals, alarm conditions and operating responsibilities for the installation.
03 / EXISTING GREENHOUSE UPGRADES
Check what can be retained before specifying a retrofit.
For a Yunxue greenhouse control retrofit, start with an inventory of the existing installation. Retaining equipment depends on its condition, electrical requirements and supported interfaces.
Sensors & signals
Share sensor models, measured variables, output signals, wiring information and available protocol documentation. Identify which measurements each control zone needs.
Actuators & power
List screen motors, fans, cooling, heating, lighting and other controlled equipment. Include voltage, frequency, phases, loads and existing control cabinets.
Interfaces & zones
Provide the existing controller model, network layout, device interfaces and intended control zones. Mark equipment to retain, replace or add.
Yunxue’s published range includes RS485 field-bus support. RS485 alone does not establish protocol or device compatibility; the actual device protocol, communication settings and integration scope require review.
04 / LOCAL CONTROL & SUPPORT
Keep basic control local. Define remote support separately.
Local operating scope
Yunxue keeps basic control local. This does not mean that every function remains available during a network outage; confirm the selected configuration’s local functions and network dependencies for your greenhouse.
Yunxue module replacement requires the affected equipment to be powered off. Agree the maintenance responsibilities and replacement procedure for the supplied system.
Authorized remote maintenance
Yunxue’s remote maintenance channel is closed by default and opened with authorization. Authorized support can review logs, diagnose a problem and attempt recovery where appropriate.
For overseas projects, Yunxue equipment supply, installation, commissioning, response arrangements and warranty scope are defined by the project agreement. Overseas installation and a fixed response time are not assumed to be included.
05 / CASE CONTEXT & PROCUREMENT
Use a real application to frame your project brief.
Yunxue’s Shuangfu greenhouse case describes climate control alongside fertigation and irrigation in flower production. It is application context, not a per-controller capacity rating or a promise of energy, yield or financial results.
Country, crop & project stage
Tell Yunxue the project country, crop and whether this is a new greenhouse or a retrofit. Include the planned purchase date and any site constraints.
Zones & equipment
Send the proposed control zones, area and equipment list, plus photos or drawings where available. Total park area does not define a single controller’s capacity.
Power & delivery boundary
Provide the power supply and known interfaces. Identify the equipment to supply and who will install, commission, operate and maintain it.
